Marvin Singleton helps create and execute strategy for a variety of Public Strategies’ clients, using his insight and experience in politics, nonprofit work, communications and aviation.

His earlier work
Prior to joining Public Strategies, Singleton served as chief information officer for Dallas-based Legend Airlines, where he oversaw the carrier’s legislative affairs, and helped implement government affairs, public relations and corporate communications strategy. He also developed and managed the company’s information, telecommunications and Internet systems.

Singleton worked on both the 1992 and 1996 presidential campaigns of Ross Perot, serving as policy strategist and field operations manager for almost a dozen states. He also was director of special events for a nonprofit urban crime commission and an account executive at Cozart Communications, specializing in healthcare issues.
