His work with Public Strategies
Robert Frankmore brings to his position more than a decade of public affairs experience with expertise in public policy, government relations and client advocacy for companies and non-profit organizations.

His earlier work
From 2005 to 2006, Frankmore was a principal and project manager with Policy Communications Inc., where his responsibilities included serving as a project manager for regional and state organizations promoting economic growth in Colorado. Previously, he was an external affairs and member relations specialist with the Tri-State G&T Association, a wholesale electric power supplier, where he served as a lobbyist, coordinated public and media relations for a power generating facility, and helped organize campaigns for ballot initiatives and siting of electrical facilities.

Frankmore served in the late 1990s as director of national affairs for the Colorado Farm Bureau. Before that, he was the area representative in Denver County for U.S. Senator Hank Brown. Frankmore holds a degree in political science with emphasis in communications from Colorado State University.
